It has Super Speed, a 1-energy flip-based effect that can prevent all effects of an attack on Swablu next turn, and Shoot Through, a 2-energy attack that deals 10 damage to an opponent’s Benched Pokémon. Its small retreat cost and resistance/weakness profile make it a low-cost, utility bench or stall option in casual decks.
