Plan, send, and track grading submissions
Build a submission from cards in your inventory or portfolio, compare today's raw value with indicative graded estimates, and pick a grading company plus service tier for budgeting. When your slabs come home, log grades and costs—everything stays tied to your catalog cards.
Vendor Tools does not submit cards for you; you ship to PSA, ACE, BGS, and others on your own. We give you a structured workspace so nothing gets lost between “in the mail” and “back in the binder.”

How the system works
Drafts autosave while you work. Each line remembers quantities, prices at the time you added them, and optional per-grade value hints from our pricing data.
Pull from stock
Choose raw cards from inventory (including portfolio-only rows). Search by name, set, or ID so large collections stay manageable.
Compare value
See current singles pricing alongside modeled graded medians where we have comps—useful before you lock a declared value or choose a service level.
Plan the send
Select a grading company and tier. We show rough per-card fees and turnaround hints for budgeting (always confirm on the grader's site).
Finish the loop
Mark when cards return, enter received grades, and optionally push slabs back into inventory with graded condition—your marketplace and portfolio tools can pick them up from there.
What you get
A single timeline of every submission: drafts, in transit, at the grader, and completed—so you always know what's out and what's home.
Submission list & detail
Open any submission to review line items, company, tier, totals, and notes. Delete drafts you no longer need without touching inventory rows.
Catalog-linked rows
Every item stays connected to the same cardId as the rest of Vendor Tools—art, names, and future price refreshes stay consistent.
Honest cost planning
Tier metadata is there to help you estimate—not replace the grader's invoice. Minimum card counts and add-ons still apply in the real world.
Supported grading companies
Pick from the list when you create a submission. We'll keep adding labels and tiers as the hobby evolves.

Costs and turnaround are estimates for budgeting only. Confirm current pricing, minimums, and declared-value rules on the grading company’s website before you submit. Grading companies are independent third parties; Vendor Tools is not affiliated with them. Shipping, insurance, customs, and membership rules are between you and the grader.
Common questions
Do you mail my cards to PSA (or others)?▼
No. You package and ship according to each company's instructions. Vendor Tools is the ledger: what went out, with whom, and what came back.
Can I use grading without inventory?▼
Submissions are built from inventory rows (including items marked portfolio-only). Add cards from the database to inventory or portfolio first, then open New submission.
Are graded value estimates a guarantee?▼
No. They come from the same market signals we use elsewhere on the site and change with eBay activity. Use them for orientation, not as a promise of resale price.
