Description

Palkia LV.X (dp4-106 Holofoil) is a Water-type Level-Up Pokémon from the Great Encounters set and is printed as a Rare Holo LV.X. It has the Poké-Power Restructure that forces a chained switch of your Active and the opponent's Defending Pokémon once per turn, and an attack, Hydro Reflect, that can move all Energy from Palkia to your Benched Pokémon. The card is placed onto your Active Palkia and can use any attacks or abilities from its previous level while providing a high retreat cost and Lightning weakness.
