Description

Rare Candy (dp4-102, David Cohen variant) is an Uncommon Item Trainer from the Great Encounters expansion. When played you may evolve a Basic Pokémon immediately by placing a matching Stage 1 or Stage 2 from your hand onto it, and this counts as evolving that Pokémon. It accelerates evolution lines to let players access higher-stage Pokémon's attacks or abilities sooner in a match.
