Rare Candy (dp4-102) is a Trainer — Item card from the Great Encounters set. When played, it lets you put a Stage 1 or Stage 2 card from your hand directly onto one of your Basic Pokémon, counting as that evolution. This speeds evolution timing by skipping intermediate turns and enabling access to stronger evolved Pokémon sooner.
