Rare Candy (dp4-102, Uncommon) is a Trainer — Item card from the Great Encounters expansion. It lets you choose a Basic Pokémon in play and immediately put a Stage 1 or Stage 2 card from your hand that evolves from it onto that Pokémon, counting as evolution.
