Buyer Protection Fee

Covers payment handling, fraud checks and dispute support on your purchases.

£100 per listing line

Calculated per listing line (in the listing currency for non‑GBP sales) and shown on the listing and at checkout alongside item price and postage.

Sellers

Final Sales Fee

Our platform fee on successful marketplace sales. This is taken from your payout only when an item sells.

Standard

£0.25 + 2% of item total

Gold Sellers

£0.25 + 1%

The fee is calculated on the items sold (before buyer postage) and is shown when you list an item. Card processing is handled by Stripe; this fee includes the Stripe processing cost (we do not add a separate charge on top). See Marketplace Policy for payments and payouts.

Subscriptions

PRO & billing

PRO and other subscription plans are billed securely via Stripe. Pricing and what's included are shown on the Pricing page.
