Description

Rotom (dp4-7, Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon from the Great Encounters set featuring rare holo treatment. It has two attacks: Astonish lets you choose and then view one card from your opponent's hand and force them to shuffle that card into their deck, while Telebeam deals 30 damage with a coin flip to add another 30 and Paralyze on heads. Its weaknesses, resistances, and single retreat cost make it a low-cost attacker that can disrupt hand resources and potentially paralyze the opponent.
