Palkia (dp4-26 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon from the Great Encounters expansion. Its Spacial Rend attack lets you search your deck for a Stadium card and discard any Stadium in play, while Transback can, on a coin flip, return the Defending Pokémon and its attached cards to the top of the opponent's deck at the cost of discarding all Energy from Palkia. The card has a +20 Lightning weakness and a two-colorless retreat cost, indicating tradeoffs for its disruptive abilities.
