Igglybuff (dp4-70) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the Great Encounters set with the Poké-Power 'Baby Evolution.' Its Poké-Power lets you put Jigglypuff from your hand onto Igglybuff once during your turn and remove all damage counters from Igglybuff, effectively evolving it and healing it. Its single attack, Inquire, draws cards and draws additional cards if you didn't play a Supporter that turn, supporting hand advantage and quick setup. Introduced as a Basic baby Pokémon with a Poké-Power evolution mechanic in the Great Encounters expansion.
