Dialga (dp4-16 Cosmos Holofoil) is a Basic Metal Pokémon from the Great Encounters expansion. Its first attack lets you draw a card for one Metal, while its Flash Cannon attack can return all Energy from Dialga to your hand and force the opponent to remove and shuffle away their highest Stage Evolution if you do. It has Fire weakness, Psychic resistance, and a two Colorless retreat cost, making it a bulky attacker with an unusual evolution-removal effect.
