Dialga (dp4-16) is a Basic Metal-type Pokémon from the Great Encounters set, printed as a Rare with flavor text about controlling time. Its Time Bellow attack lets you draw a card for one Metal, and its Flash Cannon attack can deal 40 damage while optionally returning all Energy from Dialga to your hand to remove and shuffle the highest Stage Evolution from the Defending Pokémon into the opponent’s deck.
