Starmie δ (ex11-15 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Pokémon from the Delta Species set with dual Water and Metal types. It has the Poké-Power Metal Navigation that lets you search your deck for and attach a Metal Energy to Starmie once per turn, and its attacks include Collect (draw 3 cards) and Energy Loop (return an Energy to your hand for 30 damage). Delta Species set debut; a Stage 1 Pokémon evolution of Staryu with a dual Water/Metal typing.
