Vaporeon ex (ex11-110) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the Delta Species expansion with the Poké-Power Evolutionary Swirl. Evolutionary Swirl lets you, when you play Vaporeon ex from your hand to evolve, force your opponent to shuffle their hand into their deck then draw up to four cards. It has two attacks—Fastwave which deals 40 and ignores effects on the Defending Pokémon, and Hydrosplash which deals 60—while being worth two Prize cards if knocked out.
