Description

Jolteon ex (ex11-109) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the Delta Species ex expansion printed as a Rare Holo EX. Its Poké-Power, Evolutionary Thunder, lets you place one damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon when you play Jolteon ex from your hand to evolve one of your Pokémon. It has the Second Bite attack that does 20 plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on the Defending Pokémon and a Thunder Blast attack that deals 70 but requires discarding a Lightning Energy attached to Jolteon ex.
