Description

Jolteon ex (ex11-109) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the Delta Species expansion illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. It has the Poké-Power Evolutionary Thunder, which lets you put one damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon when you play it from your hand to evolve. The card also features attacks including Thunder Blast and carries the Pokémon-ex penalty of the opponent taking two Prize cards if it's Knocked Out.
