Description

Vaporeon ex (ex11-110, Rare Holo EX) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the Delta Species set with art credited to Hikaru Koike. It has a Poké-Power, Evolutionary Swirl, that can be used when you play it to evolve one of your Pokémon to force your opponent to shuffle their hand into their deck and then draw up to four cards. Its two attacks are Fastwave (40) which ignores effects on the Defending Pokémon, and Hydrosplash (60), and it yields two Prize cards if knocked out as an ex Pokémon.
