Vaporeon ex (ex11-110 Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the EX Delta Species expansion. Its Poké-Power Evolutionary Swirl lets you force your opponent to shuffle their hand into their deck and then draw up to four cards when you evolve, providing a disruptive hand-reset effect. It also has Fastwave, which ignores effects on the Defending Pokémon, and Hydrosplash for higher damage, while carrying the ex drawback of two Prize cards to the opponent if knocked out.
