Description

Rayquaza δ (ex11-13 Holofoil) is a Basic Delta Species Pokémon printed in the Delta Species expansion as a Rare Holo. It has a Poké-Body, Delta Guard, which prevents the effect of its Lightning Storm attack while Holon Energy is attached. Its attacks include Power Blow, which scales damage with Energy attached, and Lightning Storm, which deals 70 damage but also places damage counters on Rayquaza.
