Description

Holon's Electrode (ex11-21 Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Delta Species set. It has the attack Dazzle Blast which deals 30 damage and confuses the Defending Pokémon. As a Lightning Pokémon with no retreat cost and a Fighting weakness, it fits into aggressive or energy-focused Lightning decks that can make use of its low-cost attack.
