Description

Holon's Electrode (ex11-21, Jimmy Ballard variant) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Delta Species expansion. It has the attack Dazzle Blast which deals 30 damage and Confuses the Defending Pokémon. Its printed special-energy-like rules let it be attached as an Energy that provides every type of Energy but two at a time and returns another attached Energy to hand when attached, creating unique energy management interactions.
