If your opponent has any Benched Pokémon, he or she chooses 1 of them and switches it with the Defending Pokémon. (Do the damage before switching the Pokémon.)

Dark Machoke (40/82, First Edition) is a Fighting-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Rocket set illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. It has two attacks: Drag Off which forces you to switch an opponent's Benched Pokémon into the Active spot before dealing 20 damage, and Knock Back which deals 30 damage and then lets the opponent switch a Benched Pokémon into the Active slot. It has a ×2 weakness to Psychic and a retreat cost of two Colorless energy, making it moderately costly to pull back.
