Steelix ex (ex10-109) is a Metal-type Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the Unseen Forces set illustrated by Ryo Ueda. It has the Poison Resistance Poké-Body that prevents it from being Poisoned and two attacks: Metal Charge, which places a damage counter on itself while dealing 70 damage, and Mudslide, which discards two Fighting Energy to deal 100 damage to any target. Its high retreat cost and the Pokémon-ex penalty of two Prize cards when Knocked Out shape it into a high-risk, high-reward attacker role in decks.
