Celebi ex (ex10-117 Holofoil) is a Grass-type Basic Pokémon-ex from the Unseen Forces set. Its first attack, Spiral Leaf, is a coin-flip mass small-damage effect that can either place or remove single damage counters across the board, and its Time Trap attack does 30 damage and lets you or your opponent reorder the top four cards of a deck based on a coin flip. As a Pokémon-ex, it carries the extra rule that the opponent takes two Prize cards when it is Knocked Out, which affects deck construction and risk assessment.
