Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokémon. If that Pokémon is a Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon, this attack does 50 damage instead. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Switch Politoed ex with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
Before doing damage, count the remaining HP of the Defending Pokémon and Politoed ex. If the Defending Pokémon has fewer remaining HP than Politoed ex's, this attack does 120 damage instead.

Politoed ex (ex10-107 Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon-ex from the Unseen Forces set. It has three attacks including Upward Lick that deals more damage to Stage 2 Pokémon, Punch and Run which switches it with a benched Pokémon after attacking, and Swallow Up that can deal increased damage if the defender has less remaining HP. It carries the Pokémon-ex rule that gives your opponent two Prize cards when it is Knocked Out, affecting its risk/reward role in decks.
