It can be attached to one of your non‑Pokémon‑ex, non‑Dark, non‑owner‑named Pokémon that has no other Pokémon Tool, and between turns it removes 3 damage counters from the attached Pokémon if it has at least that many. The card is discarded after use or if attached to an invalid Pokémon, making it a single‑use healing option for midgame sustain.
