Its Poké-Body prevents your opponent's Active Pokémon from retreating while Octillery is active. It has the Standing By attack that discards an Energy to boost next turn's Pulse Blast to 120 base damage and a Pulse Blast attack that deals 30 damage for Water and Colorless energy.
