Espeon ex (ex10-102, Tom Roos variant) is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon-ex from the Unseen Forces set. It has the Poké-Power Devo Flash that can return the highest Evolution from an opponent's Benched evolved Pokémon to their hand when you evolve Espeon ex from your hand. Its attacks include Snap Tail for targeted 30 damage and Psyloop which does 60 plus additional damage based on the number of Trainer cards your opponent has in play, and it gives the opponent two Prize cards if knocked out.
