Darkness Energy (ex10-96) is a Special Energy from the Unseen Forces expansion that provides Darkness Energy but is not a basic Energy. When attached to a Pokémon with Darkness or "Dark" in its name and that Pokémon attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the Active Pokémon before applying Weakness and Resistance. It commonly fills energy requirements and adds a small consistent damage boost for Dark-type strategies.
