Description

Cyclone Energy (ex10-99 Reverse Holofoil) is a Special Energy card from the Unseen Forces expansion. When attached from your hand to your Active Pokémon, it provides Colorless Energy and forces the opponent to switch their Active Pokémon with one of their Benched Pokémon of their choice. This card's effect triggers only on attachment from the hand, so it can be used both to accelerate an attack and to disrupt an opponent's Active selection.
