Curse Powder (ex10-80) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer from Unseen Forces that attaches to one of your Evolved Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex) that has no other Pokémon Tool. While attached, if the equipped Pokémon is Active and is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack, the attacking Pokémon receives three damage counters. The card is discarded immediately if attached to a Basic Pokémon or a Pokémon-ex, enforcing proper attachment restrictions.
