Raichu (dp7-8) is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon from the Stormfront set printed as a Reverse Holofoil Rare Holo. It has three attacks including Slice (a 30-damage attack that disables itself next turn) and higher-cost Burst Ball that can deal 100 damage while requiring you to discard three Energy from your side. Its Split Ball attack can move an Energy from Raichu to a benched Pokémon, giving it secondary utility for energy distribution.
