Raichu LV.X (dp7-99 Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Level-Up Pokémon from the Stormfront expansion that is placed on top of an active Raichu. It has the Poké-Body Link Lightning allowing, once placed and after using Voltage Shoot, the option to use another Raichu attack that turn unless Raichu is affected by a Special Condition. Its Voltage Shoot requires discarding two Lightning Energy from your hand to deal 80 damage to any of your opponent's Pokémon, including Benched ones.
