Pichu (dp7-45 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon from the Stormfront set with the Baby Evolution Poké-Power. Its Poké-Power lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu once during your turn and fully heal it by removing all damage counters. Its attack, Electric Circuit, lets you recover up to four Lightning Energy from your discard pile to your hand.
