Rare Candy (sv1-191) is a Trainer — Item card from the Scarlet & Violet set that helps evolve Pokémon. It lets you put a Stage 2 card from your hand directly onto one of your Basic Pokémon, skipping the Stage 1, with restrictions on first turn and newly played Basics. The card also benefits from the general rule that you may play any number of Item cards during your turn, supporting combo and acceleration strategies.
