It has the Psychic Embrace Ability, which lets you attach a Basic Psychic Energy from your discard pile to a Psychic Pokémon as often as you like but places 2 damage counters on that Pokémon when you do and cannot be used if it would knock the Pokémon out. Its attack Miracle Force deals 190 damage and fully heals this Pokémon from Special Conditions, while the Pokémon ex rule means your opponent takes two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out.
