Klefki (sv1-96 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Scarlet & Violet expansion. It has the Ability Mischievous Lock which prevents Basic Pokémon in play from having Abilities while Klefki is Active, and the attack Joust that discards all Pokémon Tools from the opponent's Active Pokémon before dealing 10 damage. Its design and effects make it a disruptive tech for shutting down opponents' Basic Pokémon abilities and removing Tool-based support.
