Palkia-EX (xy9-31) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon-EX from the BREAKpoint set and is a Rare Holo EX collector variant. Its Aqua Turbo attack lets you search your deck for two Water Energy and attach them to one of your Benched Pokémon, and its Pearl Hurricane deals 120 damage while also hitting an opponent's Benched Pokémon for 30. With the Pokémon-EX rule it awards two Prize cards to your opponent if Knocked Out, which affects its risk/reward role in decks.
