Espeon-EX (xy9-117) is a Basic Pokémon-EX from the BREAKpoint set and printed as a Rare Ultra Holofoil. Its Miraculous Shine attack devolves each of your opponent’s evolved Pokémon and returns the highest Stage Evolution card from each to the opponent’s hand. Its Psyshock attack deals 70 damage and ignores effects on the opponent’s Active Pokémon, but as an EX it yields two Prize cards when Knocked Out.
