Manaphy-EX (xy9-116) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon-EX from the BREAKpoint set with a Rare Ultra holofoil variant. It has the Aqua Tube Ability that makes any of your Pokémon with Water Energy attached have no Retreat Cost, and the Mineral Pump attack heals 30 damage from each of your Benched Pokémon while dealing 60 damage. As a Pokémon-EX it follows the EX Prize rule, giving your opponent two Prize cards when Knocked Out, which influences deck risk and reward decisions.
