Max Elixir (xy9-102 Reverse Holofoil) is a Trainer — Item card from the BREAKpoint expansion. Its primary effect lets you look at the top six cards of your deck and attach a Basic Energy you find there to a Basic Pokémon on your Bench, then shuffle the remaining cards back. The card also notes you may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn, enabling multiple Item plays in a single turn if desired.
