Max Elixir (xy9-102) is an Item Trainer from the BREAKpoint expansion. When played, you look at the top six cards of your deck and attach a Basic Energy you find there to a Basic Pokémon on your Bench, then shuffle the rest back into your deck. The card also reflects the Item rule allowing unlimited Item plays during your turn before attacking, enabling multiple uses in a turn if you have copies or supporting effects.
