Gyarados-EX (xy9-26 Holofoil) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon-EX from the BREAKpoint expansion. Its first attack, Stormy Seas, lets you flip coins until tails and attach a Water Energy from your deck for each heads, while its second attack, Splash Burn, deals 130 damage but also deals 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokémon. It has a ×2 Lightning weakness and a four-colorless retreat cost, making it a high-power, high-commitment attacker for aggressive Water decks.
