Description

Bursting Balloon (xy9-97) is a Pokémon Tool Item from the BREAKpoint expansion that you attach to one of your Pokémon that has no other Pokémon Tool. While attached, it is discarded at the end of your opponent's turn and if the attached Pokémon is your Active and is damaged by an opponent's attack, place six damage counters on the attacking Pokémon. This card functions as a volatile retaliation tool that punishes attackers but only lasts through the opponent's following turn.
