It has the Poké-Body Poison Resistance, which prevents Poisoning, and two attacks: Snatch can switch the Defending Pokémon with a fresh Benched Pokémon before dealing 20 damage, while Heavy Metal does 30 plus 20 more damage per heads flipped based on attached Metal Energy. With a two-colorless retreat cost and an attack that scales with attached Metal Energy and coin flips, it functions as a midrange attacker with variable damage potential.
