Its Poké-Body, Crystal Type, makes Lugia adopt the color of any Fire, Water, or Psychic basic Energy you attach from your hand until the end of the turn. It features two attacks: Psychic, which does 10× damage based on the number of Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon, and Steam Blast, a 50-damage attack that requires discarding an Energy from Lugia.
