It can be attached only to an Evolved Pokémon, provides three Colorless Energy, prevents the Pokémon from retreating, and must be discarded if the host is no longer evolved or at the end of the turn it was attached. Its large immediate energy output suits powering evolved attackers while trading off mobility due to the retreat restriction.
