It has a Poké-Power that can flip a coin to remove damage counters from a chosen Benched Pokémon based on the Energy attached to Blissey, and an attack that deals 50 damage only on a successful coin flip. With a two Colorless retreat cost and a Fighting weakness, it functions as a healing support that can also act as a secondary attacker.
