Search for Azcanta // Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin (PXTC-74, foil) is a two-faced legendary card that begins as an enchantment and can transform into a land. The front face lets you surveil 1 each upkeep and can transform once you have seven or more cards in your graveyard by milling the top card of your library. The back face taps for blue mana and can be tapped with an activated ability to dig four cards and put a noncreature, nonland card from among them into your hand while placing the rest on the bottom of your library.
