Primal Amulet // Primal Wellspring (PXTC-243 foil) is a transform artifact that becomes a land and appears in the XLN Treasure Chest promo set. As an artifact it reduces the generic cost of your instants and sorceries and accrues charge counters when you cast them; upon reaching four counters it can transform into Primal Wellspring. As a land it taps for any color and creates delayed triggers that copy an instant or sorcery spell when the mana is spent, enabling spell duplication and combo potential.
